Dr. Hinze believes that a “one size fits all” approach to podiatric care is outdated and ineffective. She makes every attempt to meet the patients where they are with their desires to address conditions holistically, conservatively, and if necessary, surgically. Understanding the need to address the underlying contributing issues behind the presenting podiatric complaint is paramount to successful treatment. The time she spends with her patients allows her to develop relationships with her patients that foster an environment of mutual respect and trust. This in turn, allows a more effective course of treatment and enjoyable process for both parties.
Dr. Hinze has extensive experience in treating common and complex conditions in the realm of foot and ankle pathologies. She has developed a passion for venous and diabetic wounds and especially relishes the celebratory moment a challenging wound is healed! Dr. Hinze has expansive knowledge of advanced wound care protocols and products to promote healing of challenging wounds. Over the years of private practice, she has developed close working relationships with vascular specialists and certified orthotist-prosthetists which helps her to better care for challenging ulceration patients.
Dr. Hinze loves spending time with her husband and their daughters. She is an enthusiastic traveler and is thrilled when presented with opportunities to seek out new traveling adventures with her family. An ardent musical theater fan, she seeks out productions whenever the opportunity arises. The remainder of her free time seems to be spent cheering on her daughters at dance and show choir competitions.
